Although it was busy they took me at a time when they said they would. Tia did not rush me out but spent time giving me the haircut I have been looking for. This place cares about the customer experience!
Great cut my Tia
It's just awful. It's the worst haircut of my life, and I served in the army. I specified the exact hairstyle I wanted, I showed her a photo, and it didn't help at all. The attitude is disgusting, as if they're doing you a favor. Instead of cutting the parts that stuck out, which I asked her to fix, Sabrina just poured water on it and smoothed it down with a comb. Great, isn't it? And then she sent me out with my head completely wet, even though it was snowing outside.
Heather did an excellent job cutting my hair, shampoo and neck massage. I would highly recommend her.
