Chau is THE BEST! She’s consistent, friendly, and makes sure my hair is how I want it to look on each visit.
Asked the lady for a low fade and she first used the same size clipper on the entire side. Had to ask her to go back and fix it. After that I told her not to touch the top and she said “too long” and did it anyways! Horrible customer service if you don’t listen to what the client is asking for! Will never be back here!
