Signed up on line just to be told I have 25 min, so I show up 25 min later. See there is a girl with a bag on her chair and a nother girl cutting some hair. NO ONE SAID HELLO, no one checked me in. The lady with a bag just left without saying anything and the other lady just sat there talking. No hello, no how are you, no we will be with you soon, and no im leaving so the wait time will go up. Sat there for 35min and got fed up. This place also messes up your hair cuts as well good luck.
I've had really good luck with this place! I've had a few different stylists now and they all seem to have a great attention to detail and I don't feel like they are rushing through my simple haircut/beard trim to move on to next person as quickly as possible. The shoulder massage, hot towel, and wash are a great add-on value for the price!

I get my haircut here all the time. Usually it’s a 5 star experience. Giving a 3 because this was a 1 star experience today. I was checked in online next to go. Got into the store. One other guy waiting who just walked in no online check in. I checked in, in the store and sat down. Another guy walked in (who wasn’t on the list) the store he gets served first.
