On June 29, 2025, I visited the Tanasbourne, OR location and requested the MVP Experience. Unfortunately, what I received fell significantly short of expectations. Immediately upon arrival, I was directed to the shampoo area. When asked if I’d like to elevate my legs, I said yes—however, instead of offering assistance, the stylist gestured toward a stool in front of me. My first time at this location was great! Shannon is an amazing stylist, I trust her wholeheartedly with any updo I need. I always leave feeling and looking better than when I visit with her. The massage chair and hair washing for a small upcharge was also super worth it~
