Shannon did an amazing job with one of the best and most attention to detail haircuts I have had.
Was next in line, in store, after waiting from their text to arrive and was bypassed by two individuals with longer wait times. My wait time went from zero to an additional 22 minutes after waiting in store for 15 mins as next up. I went here often, but will never again. Date 9/9/25 530pm
