My requests for what I wanted were completely disregarded by the person who cut my hair. I gave 3 instructions 1 being to leave the back completely untouched and I received a skin fade on the back. I will never be back again

I checked in online as I was getting in my car. I received a text when I was ~ 10 min out saying that I was up next in line. When I got almost in sight of the store, I received another text stating that my place in line had been canceled, and I would need to re-enter the line up, with an estimated 40 minute wait. The online check in gave false hope of being a smooth arrival and quicker in & out. Be weary of their online check-in processes if you use this location.
