Johanna does amazing work every time! Great attention to detail and super friendly. Highly recommend!
What happened to just generally being polite. Abby is the best stylist there. They leave her name on the list when she's not working to take her clients. This location has no manager or one thats never there. I strongly recommend finding somewhere different. After 10+ years they are rude untrained and no one responsible expect for Abby. She is the greatest there and honestly this location is bringing her down.
Checked in on app / in person. Waited 20 minutes to just get skipped then moved to back of line.
