I always go to Bess, she’s an experienced and wonderful stylist, very professional and skilled.
Even if you get join the line up, they rudly just ask you leave . I came in 20 mins before the closing time and told them that i would be come back in 5 mins and then i receive a notification of 15 mins left for the stylist to be ready for me. So i end up coming 5 mins late and they said that they wont take me in even if i am at the top of the line up. Ridiculous service
Price has been increasing quite a bit. Haircuts run as much as a professional salon. Suggested tips start at over 25% and go up to ridiculous amounts. If I’m paying the same price as a salon that’s a hard pass. Salons deliver better cuts, service and overall experience. Sorry sports clips, your prices are a hard pass!
