Hair feels amazing! Super knowledgeable about my unruly and coarse hair and made it feel extremely light and feathery. Never felt this before!

So I went on the app and scheduled my hair cut at the forestville road location in Wake Forest, Nc. Got there at 12:08 and checked in. There were 3 stylists supposedly available. Waited and there were no stylists on the floor at working with a customer. Waited for 15 minutes and no o e ame out. There was one other man waiting as well. After 15 minutes of not being acknowledged I left. Worst service ever. Not going back. Date is 09/10/25
