Really frustrating experience. I have two small kids and booked them online at the exact same time. We show up and one kid has a 4 minute wait while the other has a 28 minute wait. We were also sitting in the store and the hairstylist called someone who had an appt 20 minutes after my child's appt time before us and when I asked about it, I was told I would get the next person. They were clearly regulars, and we got pushed aside. We won't be back.
Mina is a huge asset to the company. I followed her from the centreville location out to haymarket, even with living in annadale which is quite the drive away and there being closer stores.
I use Lisa and have been for a long time. She is a very good.
