Extremely disappointed with the customer service by the assistant manager and manager at the Hampstead location today. I checked my husband and son in via the app (said 50 minute wait). During that wait the wait time fluctuated up and down so my husband waited until the alert to leave to head to the shop. He left the house when he got the 15 minute notification- drive is about 10 minutes.
