Very Good Customer Service , I Forgot her name but she was a Sweet heart

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a barber shop. (3) barbers working, all of them gossiping while a lobby full of people sat and watched. Checked in online, arrived on time but waited 40 minutes due to (1) just leaving and another taking a 25 minute break. They were incapable of reading the check-in list correctly, skipped me twice before I finally asked them to remove me from the queue and left. Complete disrespect and disregard for your time - go anywhere else!
