I’m giving 3 stars because the hair cut itself turned out fine. The customer service was very off putting. We will not be returning to this location. I informed the stylist that my son was autistic and that him having a screen or phone would be a helpful distraction and that I was trying to make it an easier experience for both of them (he does fine with sitting still as any other kid would but he doesn’t love the sound of clippers).
