I wouldn’t bother using their app for appointments, all they do is move you as around as they see fit. They’ve done it on multiple occasions and caused me to miss work meetings. I never leave bad reviews. But I’m beyond upset.
Got my hair cut today my stylist did an amazing job. As i left the store i got in my truck and it failed to start. I sat there waiting and coordinating a tow in front of the store. My stylist came out and checked on me and i explained my problem. The tow truck could not get in to get my truck so my stylist came out again moved her car and asked some customers to do the same.
