Unfortunately I had to revise my prior review. I truly believe that there was a change in manager since I last visited this particular location. I arrived there with 16 minutes wait estimate but took over 30 minutes before I sat in the chair. I was skipped over at least once or twice. Not sure if it's because I came with a toddler or my name was difficult to pronounce. Usually Sport clip estimate are on point [for first available] but today, it set my schedule back.
I’ve been coming here for quite a while and consistently get a great haircut from the talented stylists at this store. The overall experience is always positive. It is one of the busier locations in the area, so I’d recommend checking in online ahead of time, as wait times can get long.
