Safe to say, I will not be coming back to this location ever again. Customer service goes a long way with me, which is why I have been coming to this location exclusively- until today. I moved to Gambrills in June of 2025 and this is the only place I’ve gotten my haircut since moving. I always register online, select Tiff, and get my haircut. It was awesome and Paula made it so! Edit: Kelly Gates was my stylist/barber. She ignored my requests, ignored me entirely and even gave me the wrong cut. She said wow 3 hair cuts after I asked for her to go shorter. I said short on the sides longer on the top. She ridiculed me throughout the entire haircut and I almost walked out. I will be receiving a full refund and filing a report with sports clips against her. There is no excuse to scoff at my tip either. Tips are earned and she definitely definitely did not earn it.
Best haircut I've gotten while traveling for work. Hands down.
The MVP is the only way to go, and Kelly is the stylist to see - she's the only one cuts my hair the way I like.
