My husband brought my boys in and I was shocked when I got pictures. Even the simple fade isn’t even and looks choppy but my oldest son looks nothing like the picture. I guess they got scissor happy because nowhere near this much hair should have left his head. I’m so disappointed!

Checked-in online with a 14 minute wait. I drove the 16 minute drive to the store, and was notified via text I was no longer in the lineup 13 minutes after check-in as I pulled in the parking lot. I signed in at the store and waited for an hour before leaving without a haircut.
