The service is top notch. The stylists are friendly and communicate with you the moment you enter the store. Letting you know to check-in and they give you updates/status on when you will next in the chair. They refer to the notes from your previous visits and ask if that is the cut you want or do you want to try something new. I am a regular customer with SportsClips and that will continue.
Horrible service. Wanted a trim and kicked me out bc I didn’t know what guard numbers I wanted. I said “I’m okay with the length, clean it up, just a trim” (my hair is not long). Then she didn’t feel comfortable cutting my hair. Likely because that close in 30 minutes.
I got shampoo and conditioner, hot towel treatment with deep heat message because it was my first time in a Sports Clips Haircut location. I'm definitely coming back! I'd add photos but now I've slept on on it and it wouldn't look like it should.
