First off I think its overpriced, secondly, she asked if I wanted an MVP i said yes. After the cut she put me in a chair which vibrated (whoopie) and washed my hair, no neck massage. When she was 'done' she asked how it looked and I said it wasnt short enough on top since she had chopped too much off the sides. She acted put out, could barely understand her mumbling.
