I've been going to sports clips for years now. Never been charged for a neck trim in between haircuts. This time they charged me $5 and said because I hadn't come back in 2 months after my last haircut I could not get my free. There was no good customer service shown towards me. I went ahead and paid it without question. The reason I came back to this one was of a employee named Joy that gave me a great haircut. She was not here today. Kelly is the best stylist ever and runs this office impeccably!
Went to Sports clip for the very first time and was pleasantly surprised to get a scissor cut-- a skill that is super rare in any quick haircut chains nowadays. Would definitely go back next time.
