Cuts are decent, reasonable, but cue system needs a software upgrade. Twice in a row I've checked in, selected first available, and then been kicked back in the cue continuously for over an hour while physically in the shop. The wait started off as 20 minutes and turned into a waste of my time. The text said 15 minutes and then batter up. Twice now that has been wildly incorrect
I had a great experience at Sport Clips! Claire did an amazing job with the haircut for my 2-year-old baby boy, taking her time to make sure he was comfortable and that everything turned out perfect. I highly recommend Claire and this Sport Clips location to anyone looking for great service!
My son got his birthday haircut from Brooke, and the entire experience was amazing! He loved the wash, relaxing head massage, hot towel on his face, neck massage, and of course, his haircut. Brooke made him feel so comfortable and special, and he walked out with a huge smile. We'll definitely continue seeing her—she's the best! Highly recommend! Thanks Brooke!
