Customer service was great! Judith made me feel like a true VIP from start to finish. The haircut service was outstanding. She really knows her stuff. The additional service perks are completely worth it and complemented the overall experience.
Jocelyn did not listen when I asked her not to cut the top. She brushed the top over the sides and proceeded to cut it. Stopped her and reminded her I do NOT want the top touched. Now I look stupid with different lengths on top. At first i wasn't going to say anything after the cut, but everytime I look in the mirror I grow more and more angry at the lack of following instructions. I'm the one who has to walk around like this....
Nathalie and the team are amazing. This location is my favorite by far. Atmosphere is top notch!
