Arrived on time I was told to be there, name was on the board, they didn't call my name out, so they deleted it off of screen now I have to wait 120min. Why do they operate like this? You can't even make a appointment.. this is awful, and the ladies were not nice or understanding... And didn't try to make it right.. just said.... " We will get to you"......
I am new to the area and went once and had a good experience. I went tonight, not realizing they close at 6, it was 5:40 and no customers in the store. The young lady that was working was full of attitude because 4 people were signed in online and they close in 20 minutes. Guess I will have to find somewhere else to get my hair cut since they don't want any new business.
Not a very long wait time even though there were 5 people ahead of me. The stylists I’ve had did a good job, were very knowledgeable about hair and even shampoo at the end without extra charge. I recommend!
Best place to get in and out!! Jeri does a great job providing friendly service and great product recommendations!! Very professional!!! All of my friends like going here!!!
