My hair was very poorly cut. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. The fade was terrible as shown by the back of my head. She also took a chunk of hair off the side. The top was uneven, and there were several very long chinks of hair that were missed. I called multiple times to let them know. Nobody would answer the phone. I will be reaching out to corporate as well, since I had to pay for 2 haircuts.
Will not go back. I wished I could post a picture of my hair. I literally could do better myself
