My son was just in he had long hair on top with the hair all pushed towards his face. He showed the stylist a picture of what he wanted. Afterwards it looks like they put a bowl on his head and cut around it and the top is completely short. He's now looks like he's 10 years old instead of 18 and he has prom on Saturday. I called and they refuse a refund said to go back in and they can fix it. BS they messed up you think we want to go back there. Asked for a manager and of course no manager around. Unbelieve. Shelby, my stylist was amazing. She instantly instilled confidence that she was capable of doing great hair. She offered me the vip treatment, which I accepted and appreciated very much.

Big shout out to Liz at this location. She did a great skin taper, and her customer service skills were on point. There was a mix-up during check-in, and someone else was taken before me even though I was next on the board. No big deal, mistakes happen, and I was willing to wait but Liz stepped up and took me right away. She listened to the style of was going for and delivered.
