This isn't a staff complaint, they're overall a friendly and good team. New greedy owners = higher prices + no more loyalty punch cards = no reason to pick here over anywhere else for typical men's cuts

I stopped in without an appointment to get a haircut and was greeted right when i walked in. Courtney did my haircut and the MVP. She did SUCH an amazing job from start to finish! Super nice young lady who loves her job! Thank you Courtney! Your the real MVP!
I have unfortunately just been turn away because the location was " booked up". 3 stylist appeared to be working . I walked in at about 655 pm , store closes at 8 pm, and checked in placing me 3rd in the que. I took a seat. After 5 or so minutes I was told they wouldn't have time to cut my hair. Why even say walk in are welcome if they really are not? I have been getting my haircut there for almost 2 years, about every 5 weeks.
