It gets worse each time. Shampoos have become very short, using 2 in 1 and barely washing hair. The new owners have basically ruined this gem. Costs up. Punch cards gone. Service down. Loss of many of their stylists who did a great job and were there forever. Sava yourself the hassle. Fingers crossed this team sells eventually and this place makes a comeback. I can say one thing, the wait times are shorter and shorter over the last months. Moving on somewhere else.
