My son fell asleep right before his haircut and the stylist was so sweet I think her name was Nee Nee she was SO gentle he slept through the entire thing and it was a wonderful haircut!!

What's the point of making an appointment on the app and then you get there and your wait time is an additional 45 minutes???!! This place sucks!
