It was my first trip to Sports Clips not only at this location but the state of Illinois in general, and I was very pleased with the experience. The mobile check-in was easy to use. The in-store experience was great as my stylist, Pamela, was extremely kind and attentive to my requests. I just needed my head shaved and she took the time to ensure it was done exquisitely with accurate precision.
