Their system is a joke , I checked In when I arrived at the store , and their sign tells me I have a 18 minute wait , after the wait my name was the only one to change too on deck . After another 10 mins of waiting in the on deck position the stylist came to the counter and took a person in front of me that had a wait time of 19mins , and when I asked why some one would be taken with a wait time left before an on deck client , I was told she didn’t create the system and there was nothing she could do.
