Made a reservation on the app for the store in East Mesa, 1917 S Signal Butte Rd, Mesa, AZ 85209. Get to store when I was told & then inforrmed it was a 45 min wait. I realize it's not an appoinment, but asked and they're like, oh she has a break. Then block that time and I couldn't wait for 1st available as I have other appointments. TOTALLY uncalled for and ridiculous.
