Extremely disappointed with how my brother was treated at Sports Clips. He unfortunately had some gum stuck in his hair, and instead of the stylist handling an embarrassing situation quietly and professionally, she repeatedly called attention to it, spoke about it loudly enough for everyone around to hear, and made him remove it himself. Very overall pleased with this location and the quality work by the stylist Nicole and I normally would go to the Burlington NC, location but she made it to where I would be fine with driving to Durham every time I need a haircut, she took the time to make sure to get it styled just the way I like it and even went the extra mile to show that she genuinely cares about her customers, if you want a great stylist with a great overall attitude and does quality work then Nicole is the way to go. My son thought he wouldn’t like Sport Clips but in the end he loved it! He says: “Evelyn is nice, comforts you and is a great talking buddy. She made my day! If you want your child to get a haircut, or you need one, I fully recommend this place.”
I have been taking my son to Great Clips for years because it is closer to our home than Sport Clips, but we will absolutely be driving to Sport Clips from now on. The cut he received at Sport Clips recently was better than any cut he has ever received from various stylists at 2-3 different locations of Great Clips.
