Made an appointment today on 3/2/25, @435pm online, arrived @445pm give or take a min. Door was already locked and seemingly the only woman there was sweeping and ignoring me, but I persisted. Shared with her I had an appointment through the door. She checked the computer before letting me in reluctantly and was super sassy/passive aggressive about me expecting to be serviced. Lisa was amazing. She took her time and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I will for sure be back. She was wonderful!

Bec is the best! I drive about 45 minutes because of how she takes her time and makes sure my haircut is exactly how I want it. She always goes above and beyond and would recommend her to anyone!
