Took forever even though no one was presigned in using the app. The staff just didn't want to seem to cut hair the last time I was in. Noone was on the board and three people walking were waiting and checked in. The staff was just talking in the ba k amongst themaelves. I left after a 30 min wait with no one speaking to me. I have tried three times in a row now and each time can't get a haircut. Not going back and would advise you skip as well unless you are using thier app but even then who knows.
