It's always a great experience coming here. The staff is really friendly, and the appointment process is pretty accurate. I usually get my haircuts with Kourtney and she does a nice job and is always cool to talk to. The store is always clean and inviting and also decorated for the different holidays. Overall a really great location, thanks!
Your app is as bad as ever. Told me 55 min wait...selected my stylist..told me 33 min wait. Went to location and checked in. As I stood there it changed to 58 min wait. Get your app and act together.
