I went in to get a haircut and put my name in. The score board said 4 minutes. While waiting another person came in and one of the hair dressers said nice to see you again, your up next. I looked at the board and notice my name was ‘on board’ and the person who came in after me was 20 minutes. She finished cutting the persons hair, who she was working on and called the person who came in after me. My name still said on board or batter up. So glad I found this place, the ladies here are all very nice. I usually request Jenny because she does a great job, but I've also gone to Tracy and am always happy with the results.

The check-in process online was easy and accurate. Tracy was my stylist and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She was very friendly and made the cut very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.
