pretty simple complaint they skipped my kids booked appointment. Arrived 10 minutes before our window, app still showing our wait time, the staff informed me that she had skipped his spot and we could wait 25 mins for the next cut. I was told this is normal. Whats the point of your app if your staff can't balance the schedule. Poorly ran Sportsclips location. Will not return
Great experience more than just a haircut. Courtney did an outstanding job on my hair and was very nice. Will be coming back for sure.
Even though I’m very selective of who I let touch my beard. They handled it very well and done a great job
