Kelsey ALWAYS does a great job and I am willing to wait until she is scheduled before I go into get my hair cut. She is a great manager and not only is thankful for a great team but is a good leader who has really changed the overall store atmosphere Her ability as a stylist is amazing and she always wants each customer to leave the store fully satisfied
