They get 2 stars for the location but my husband has not been pleased with his haircut the last 3x and when he walked in the door and I jumped up he knew it was bad the last time. I advised him to not go back and stop paying for services that you dislike. He said the last person(today)said they could “clean it up” he said NO don’t clean anything! We have gone to the Huntersville Location before and were satisfied customers. This experience was very different.. The Huntersville Location was busy with a 75 minute wait for 1 hair stylist, so I took my son to the Cornelius sports clips. We were 2nd and 3rd in line and 3 stylists were on duty. After 20 minutes of waiting my son was called. I was called 15 minutes later.
