I had a terrible experience here. During my haircut, my first payment only partially went through. The stylist said the transaction didn’t process, so I paid again using a different card. Later, I checked my accounts and saw that both payments went through, meaning I was charged twice for the same haircut. When I went back to explain, they told me the extra charge would be refunded. The stylists are all very knowledgeable and skilled at the Moon location. Sara typically does my cut and has so for a couple years now, and I am never disappointed. Even when I decided to change my style it came out great!
It was my first time getting a haircut here and had the worst experience. Jessica had no idea how to cut my hair and kept questioning my hairstyle. She had terrible customer service and attitude. The haircut was rushed and was not what I expected.
Great place especially first time there.
