The check-in process sucks. I was a walk-in because I saw a -0- minute wait online. By the time I arrived 7 minutes later and checked-in, the wait was over 25 minutes and 2 people were able to boot me out of my place in line. My name was on the board showing a 5 minute wait for at least 15 minutes… Not letting them waste my time again.
As of late I have not gone to any sport clips because not getting the best haircuts but today was different I came in to this new to me location and got a hair cut by Natalie. Not only was the haircut great but her personality and professionalism was unmatched, I will be coming back for sure! Thanks, Nat you were awesome!!!
More often than not I get a good haircut there, sometimes though, not so much.
