The Stylist very from ok to great, but fundamentally do a good job. The wait time is atrocious. I’ve never been seen at my projected wait time; several times its an hour after my supposed time that i’m seen. I put my appointment request in at 9:06, a minute after the appointment booking opened, and there were 5 people a head of me. It takes me days to get a haircut here. Its not an issue of service, its an issue of over abundance of clients - a new store or more stylists are clearly needed. Do not recommend.
Thank you Cassandra and the team that work at Sports Clips in Reunion. They do an amazing job and the wait wasn't that long for a Saturday and the staff are all very friendly and nice.
The stylist are good, but wait times are terrible. We went from waiting to 45 minutes to almost 2 hrs. Then refreshed the app and it said we were on deck. Got to the store and we weren’t the only ones who was dealing with this. I tried finding a number or email to contact corporate because this is ridiculous.
