Now I remember why I stopped going to this location. Check in, show up, and someone always comes in and goes in front of me. This never happens at the location I go to. Even though this location is closer to my home, I will never come to this location every again.

Kapi is awesome. Does a great job and is very personable.
They need more staff working on weekends. Yesterday the wait time was over an hour wait, with a appointment. Not faulting the staff working and I normally give this place high marks. I couldn't wait any longer so I had to leave.
