Like the haircut
Don't get a haircut from an angry lady! Wow. She just grabbed a clipper and butchered my hair. This franchise used to be my go-to when I was in New Mexico. In Cheyenne, they don't do men justice. Go to a barbershop. Cheyenne has a number of GOOD Barbers. Grab a beverage while you wait and enjoy a good conversation. Barbers take their time and give a professional cut.
Used the online app to schedule. Got a message that I was up and had about a 15 minute wait. I was a little busy myself, but got there within about 45 minutes. They completely bumped me to the end of the line. What is the point of having a "reservation" when they don't honor it. Plus most of the time the haircut sucks.
