The main reason I use to go here is because I honestly did enjoy the relaxing hot towel and hair wash. What I absolutely can't stand is how the stylists will not shut up about their shampoos, gels, conditioners, soaps, or whatever else they try to score commission off of, even when you tell them you're fine with the shampoo you have and the products you get outside of there. App told me to be there in 20 arrived 5 min early and sat for 45min before, I was helped.
They’re not there during normal business hours. Their app still lets you make an appointment even when no one’s working. Don’t waste your time with this location.
