Who are you paying to get 4+ star reviews. Thats the only way you are getting them. My husband has tried to go here co few different times for a beard trim and haircut. Appointment or not they pretty much ignore him and work hard not to service him or barely provide service (dont waste money upgrading your service) after an extensive wait. Evidently not senior citizen friendly. Edit: Reread some reviews and appears this is common. Guess they just aren't customer friendly.
