**Review is for Chaska location only** Waited almost 45minutes after checking in (15min wait time per check-in board) for what was supposed to be a quick and easy trim (hip length non-layered hair). Lesson learned, make sure the gal cutting your hair knows the difference between 4inches and 7. She also left the bottom portion of my hair 2inches longer so now i have a 2inch strip going across the bottom of my hair. $38 + tip for her to use a spray bottle of water on already wet hair and cut it so crappy is honestly ridiculous... read more
