Customer service done right! Was greeted by three staff members when entering. Smiles and all! I walked in and there was no one in line around lunch time, so there was no wait. My barber, a gentleman by the name of Oscar, kindly introduced himself and was a great guy. We had a great conversation and he did an excellent job on my hair. Felt very confident walking out of the store today. And the price is good too!

Terrible experience today. Took my boys for back to school haircuts. We showed Mia a few photos of what my 14 year old wanted. She made it seem like she could do a long, wavy, low taper fade. She took off way too much, shaved way to high, and gave a totally different haircut. The other stylist looked at the photos and my son's the cut and agreed, it was not even close.
