Haircuts were slow, painful, bad quality, and it’s like their first week cutting hair. Both my kids needed their cuts fixed, both complained about painful pokes, and neither look good. I don’t understand why this place exists. I tried it out one time and I’ll never go back. I had the stylist stop trimming my beard because she was clueless, I walked out looking worse than when I went in. Nothing like paying more for worse and slower everything. **They dumped a ton of hair in both my son’s shoe and mine. It was a disaster!
I left this review yesterday but apparently it was removed. My son called about a coupon he had for free haircuts and was told it could be used. He brought his 2 sons in for haircuts and asked again about using the coupons and was told he could. AFTER the boys haircuts were finished he was told he owed $54. I feel this was very unprofessional. We will NOT ever visit another Sports Clips again I am attaching a photo of the coupon he got from Kroger.
