I left this review yesterday but apparently it was removed. My son called about a coupon he had for free haircuts and was told it could be used. He brought his 2 sons in for haircuts and asked again about using the coupons and was told he could. AFTER the boys haircuts were finished he was told he owed $54. I feel this was very unprofessional. We will NOT ever visit another Sports Clips again I am attaching a photo of the coupon he got from Kroger. Just walked in to get my son’s hair trimmed 12 minutes before they close and was told they were not open and would not take a cut, even though I confirmed with her that they actually close at 6. If they are not willing or able to offer services while they are open they should close early. Last time we come to this location.
Great haircut by Carnie. No wait. Friendly staff.
Even after politely trying to address that this is a really bad cut, it just got worse. This is the worst haircut my son has ever had. It was our first time here and we won’t be back.
