The store manager really did the dang thing. She had me feeling and looking so good. She listened to what i wanted and put her experience into the cut and took care of me. Definitely will be going back. 🥰🥰
Rebecca gives me a perfect cut every time I'm there
A perfect cut and a wonderful experience.
Exceptional customer service and management. Haircut was good.
The most rude, obnoxious, and socially awkward stylist I've ever dealt with. The environment felt hostile and uncomfortable due to the gossip and bickering between stylists. To top it off, my haircut was poorly done and uneven. I truly don't understand the 5-star ratings - do people have such low expectations?
