I have been here many times and it’s been ok to good. Lots of turn over rarely have the same people in there, today totally different staff again. I recieved the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had today. Then the lady cutting my hair was arguing with me about a cowlick I had that made the haircut look bad. My wife and daughter are seriously laughing at me . It was so bad, the manager jumped in. He said, I’m gonna do what I can with what she left me. He said she was the previous manager!!! Excellent shop to get a haircut. I’m glad I moved closer to a different Sport Clips because the one on Thousand Oaks is a horrible place to go! But I’ll return to this one every time I need a cut.
