My stylist, Marissa, was professional and efficient, giving a great cut, shampoo, and scalp massage. The atmosphere was great, and she made the whole experience pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely return for another haircut!

We get there and get on the list, and there are two people in front of us, so we are 3rd on the board with a 45-min wait, so we wait our 45 mins, and the board says my son is on deck, then two more walk in. The ladies change the board and say we will have another 50-min wait, so that would be two hours because their buddies showed up. No thanks; I will never step foot in their location again. I or anyone in my family we will stick with Great Clips, where they care about the customers.
