First off my gal was very nice, but I have never had my hair cut dry and I hate it. My style is not good and every time I have been to this location I have to hear, well we don't get alot of women. We'll its a short hair cut w a fade. I will not be back and honestly w their attitude with cutting womens hair. It's no sweat to them.

The lack of communication is insane. They have zero customer service or people skills. Not once did anyone speak to us or apologize for their mistakes. Such a waste of time.
I followed my stylist from Puyallup to your location, because she really knows how to cut my hair. I don't mind traveling to your location because of Heather, my stylist. Rick
