I wish I could give negative stars. I’d never had a bad experience here before. In fact, I’d finally gotten my hair exactly where I wanted it after about 5 years. Then I go last night for a trim and it’s completely ruined. At first she barely takes any off, twice. She started with scissors which they never do, she then layer cuts my bangs? Always a great place for a haircut. All the stylists are awesome. They are very friendly and professional. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you for honoring the Veterans this week.
