Said I couldn’t get a haircut even though I checked in online because last call was at 30 mins out. I don’t like going into place close to close, but I did drive 30 minutes planning to get a haircut. I also checked in online in a timely manner and was not late. I also noticed that there was no wait and there were 4 out of 5 stylist available. I mean I get it, it’s a nice day out, but the lady was very rude. I haven’t been to this sports clips before. Usually sports clips is pretty good elsewhere.
Michelle took the time to trim my 11-year-old daughter’s hair and did an amazing job even though most of her clients at Sportsclips are probably men. Michelle is professional and listens well to clients.
I love this place. As a woman getting my hair cut at a place targeted towards men, don’t know how I can go back to a regular salon. A+
